Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscribed on pawcheck.co (web)

You chose the web checkout in the app and paid in your browser. Your subscription is billed by VOLTAIXGROUP LLC (the checkout is run by RevenueCat, with payments processed by Stripe). You can cancel online at any time, and cancelling takes two steps or fewer.

Right now this button starts an email to us with the subject filled in. Send it from the address you used at checkout. Cancellations by email are honored the same day, and we reply to confirm. You can also use the Manage subscription link in your receipt email: it opens your subscription page, where you can cancel, change your payment method and see invoices.

When you cancel: no further charges. You keep PRO until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, before it ends, you’re not charged at all.

Refunds for web payments come from us, not from Apple or Google. Email team@pawcheck.co and we’ll review your request.

Deleting the app or your PawCheck account does not cancel a web subscription. Cancel it as above.

Subscribed through the App Store

Apple bills you and manages the subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap PawCheck, then Cancel Subscription.

Or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge; you keep PRO until then. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscribed through Google Play

PawCheck for Android is coming to Google Play. When you subscribe there, Google bills you and manages the subscription:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap PawCheck, then Cancel subscription.
